Payments:

All lessons are to be paid in advance. An invoice will be sent to each student around the 25th of each month. Payment is required by the 1st of the next month for the student to be able to have classes that month. (Email me for prices.)

 

Cancellation Policy: - Because of misunderstandings, I have worked to clarify this policy. Please read carefully.

As a teacher, I depend on the punctuality and consistency of my students in order to continue to provide quality classes. My ability to provide classes to students is restricted if students book appointments and then do not show up for their class.  Because of this, I have adopted these policies concerning Cancellations and Missed classes. All students who use my tutoring services agree to abide by these policies.

Students and their parents are responsible to keep track of and attend their scheduled classes that they prepay for. It is not the teachers responsibility to remind parents or students of their schedule.

All classes are booked in advance. Missed or cancelled classes MAY be rescheduled IF the student notifies the teacher in advance that they will not be able to take that class, but missed or cancelled classes will not be credited on upcoming invoices.

Please inform the teacher in advance when you are not going to attend a scheduled class. If you don’t inform the teacher, the teacher will wait in the classroom for 15 minutes before cancelling the class and recording it as a “NO SHOW”. The class DOES NOT qualify to be rescheduled.

Missed classes are not refundable. Therefore, if the student misses a class without notifying the teacher in advance, you will not be able to schedule a make up class and you will forefit the fee paid for the class.
