Payments:

All lessons are to be paid in advance. An invoice will be sent to each student around the 25th of each month. Payment is required by the 1st of the next month for the student to be able to schedule classes that month. (Email me for prices.)

 

Cancellation Policy:

As a teacher, I depend on the punctuality and consistency of my students in order to continue to provide quality classes. My ability to provide classes to students is restricted if students book appointments and then do not show up for their class.  Because of this, I have adopted policies concerning Cancellations. All students who use my tutoring services agree to abide by these policies.

A class may be cancelled by the student (or parents) before the scheduled class by sending an email or Wechat message, notifying the teacher of the need to cancel. Any cancelled class will be rescheduled to an agreed time slot, preferably within the same month. If a student does not show up for a class within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, they will be considered as a "No Show", and payment for that class will not be refunded nor will it be rescheduled.

 

If the teacher needs to cancel a class, teacher will notify the student before the scheduled class, and that class will be rescheduled to an agreed time slot. If the teacher fails to notify a student of a cancellation, the student may request a reschedule or refund for that class on the next month’s invoice.

 

If the student or teacher has an internet connection problem the class will be rescheduled at a convenient time for both parties.
